An Australian home breed start-up BI3 Technologies from Sydney sails to make some big wave in the Big data and analytics industry. Started with a small piece of data strategy work worth AUD100k in Australia last year. Since then the company is bootstrapped but still able to fuel triple digit growth rate and is in verge to cross its yearly sales revenue of 2 million dollars and this year and spreading wings into the north American.
We help companies to understand, realise and extract value out of their data asset that they have and help them to get better at their machine learning & AI functions, real-time decision analysis capability, improve their customer interactions, improve R&D innovation choices, improve their KPI reporting capacities and most importantly increase overall operational efficiencies with their data.
Four of the co-founders worked together on data related projects for over 10 years across various big-name brands in Australia and intimately understand the people, process, and technology transformation required to deliver a successful outcome in Data, BI and Analytics landscape. It all started with conversation over a lunch that as a team we have delivered some of the very large and complex projects for some of the largest organisations in Australia and together as a team we do it so much better than everyone else. We thought it would be a good idea to start building company extend this support service of superior BI and Analytics delivery across the other organisation across Australia.
Journey started from that conversation and now its operation spanned across three continents, delivered services for Telecommunication, Banking & Finance, Retail, Health & Insurance and Governments segments. We also have master service agreement with some of the biggest name companies in Australia as their preferred vendor to support their Data, BI and Analytics platform.
Our customer comes to us with various types of request i.e. to craft a data strategy and roadmap, something they have plan in mind but not sure how to structure and deliver the project, sometime have some business case in mind and not sure to strategize it and deliver or even sometime to identify and show them ways to extract value from their data to run their business better.
Business primarily focused on two segments 1) it provides consultancy, advisory and delivery services for the Data, BI and Analytics platform 2) it develops products that bring in efficiency, quality and fast-track the implementation of the Data, BI and Analytics platform.
Our key mantra is, “We care” and our business means something to us that we take pride of what we do and customers are not just another number. We do everything we can to ensure our customers is successful and ensure our presence significantly the value proposition. Being technology independent and not being tied to one partner also means we provide the best advice that fit for our customers and not try to lure them into the technology choices that provide us with the biggest margin like most of the other consultancy out there. Key reason our customer repeats our service is because of the pace we deliver things to them and most of time these are beyond their expectation and unheard-of in the industry. We can do this as we have implemented some of the cutting-edge automation techniques and process reengineered each path of the delivery process and fine tune it to be the most effective. We take the guesswork out of implementation cycle and goes above and beyond to identify and apply scientific method of project delivery.
