Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke today with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry about the horrific attacks on Israel and the urgency in achieving an immediate halt to the appalling assault by Hamas terrorists against Israel. The Secretary expressed appreciation for the Egyptian leadership's ongoing efforts and reiterated the urgent need to halt the Hamas attacks.
