CCTV released, appeal after pensioner's mobility scooter stolen - Ultimo

Police have released CCTV vision and are appealing for information after a mobility scooter was stolen from Ultimo at the weekend.

About 2.30pm on Sunday (8 November 2020), an 82-year-old man parked the red mobility scooter outside his home on Macarthur Street.

The man noticed it was missing about 4.30pm the same day and notified officers from Sydney City Police Area Command who commenced an investigation.

As inquiries continue, investigators have released CCTV vision of a man who may be able to assist them.

The man depicted is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of slim build and wearing a white jumper, long blue pants, white sneakers and a motocross helmet.
