The University of Hong Kong (HKU) is delighted to announce its success in securing significant funding from the Research Grants Council's (RGC) Areas of Excellence (AoE) Scheme, the Theme-based Research Scheme (TRS) and the Strategic Topics Grant for 2026/27.

Professor Stephanie Ma, Vice-President and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) (Interim), HKU, expressed her encouragement upon the University's success in securing substantial funding under the three schemes.
