Tram services will resume on routes 11, 86, 96, 12 and 30 this Thursday, following driver availability being impacted after a driver tested positive for COVID-19 at the new Preston depot.
Services on Route 35 (City Circle) will not operate.
A small number of drivers are still required to isolate, and Yarra Trams and the Department of Transport are working closely with the Department of Health.
It is expected the disruption to the City Circle may continue for the coming days, until a sufficient number of drivers return negative results and are cleared to return to work.
