Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Glen Waverley teenager Joshua.
The 19-year-old was last seen in Fitzroy yesterday and was wearing grey Brooks runners, blue jeans and a grey hooded top.
He is described as 175cm tall with blond hair.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
An image has been released of Joshua in the hope someone may recognise him and urge anyone with information to contact Fitzroy Police Station on 9934 6400.
