Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating following a fatal single vehicle crash in Sea Lake this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the Calder Highway to reports a 4WD towing a caravan had lost control and rolled about 1.30pm.
The male passenger in the vehicle, who is yet to be formally identified, sadly died at the scene.
The female driver is being airlifted to hospital with injuries.
The highway is expected to be closed for a significant time.
