Police arrest man after threats - Greystanes

A man has been arrested over alleged threats in Sydney's west early this morning.

About 4am (Saturday 13 June 2020), officers from Cumberland Police Area Command were called to Beechwood Avenue, Greystanes, following reports a man had threatened two NSW Ambulance paramedics.

Police spoke with the female paramedics and commenced an investigation.

Following inquiries, police attended a hospital on Hawkesbury Road, Westmead, and arrested a 20-year-old man about 10am today.

He was taken to Granville Police Station, where he is assisting with inquiries.
