Glen Waverley police have seized almost 100 cannabis plants following a warrant in Mulgrave yesterday.
Officers attended a Paisley Court address and discovered a hydroponic set-up about 11.35am.
Police arrested a 27-year-old man and seized 91 plants which are alleged to have been cultivated at the residence.
The Hampton Park man was interviewed and charged with traffick cannabis, cultivate a narcotic plant, possess drug of dependence and theft of electricity.
He was remanded overnight to appear before Ringwood Magistrates' Court today.
