Sex Assault Squad detectives have charged a man following an investigating into a number of incidents that occurred on the 998 bus route in the Morley area last week.
Following extensive investigations, Detectives from the Sex Assault Squad and Regional Investigations Unit attended an address in Hamilton Hill today, where they arrested a 27-year-old man.
He was charged with:
- Attempted Sexual Penetration Without Consent
- 2 x Unlawful And Indecent Assault
- 3 x Obscene Acts In Public
- Breach Of Bail
The Derby man was refused bail to appear at Perth Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 7 December 2022.
