Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Kilsyth man James.
The 28-year-old was last seen at a Ringwood motel about 11am on Thursday.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he has a medical condition.
James is described as having a medium build, brown eyes, bleach-blond medium-length hair with short sides, chin strap facial hair, an angel wing tattoo on his neck, skeleton tattoo on his hand and rose and tribal tattoos on his forearm.
He may be wearing a black button-up hoodie and Nike Air Max runners.
James has previously been known to frequent the Ringwood and St Kilda areas.
Police have released an image of James and urge anyone with information to contact Ringwood Police Station on 9871 3000.
