Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing man Matthew Jury.
The 33-year-old was last seen in Boronia on 25 June but does frequent the CBD, Edithvale Beach and Rowville areas.
He is described as 183cm tall, short brown hair with a longer fringe, short brown beard and a solid build.
Matthew was last seen wearing a black jacket, black track pants with white stripe down the side and black runners.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare as he requires medication.
Police have released an image of Matthew and urge anyone with information to contact Castlemaine Police Station on 5470 4100.
