F735-1 Tender – Construction of Amenities and Canteen (Naylor Pavilion Extension)

Details of Tender:
Tenders are invited by Orange City Council from suitably qualified contractors for the Construction of Amenities and Canteen. The general works to be undertaken but not limited to, will consist of the following activities:
- Site establishment
- Part demolition of the existing Naylor Pavilion on the southern side to construct an amenities building and canteen building.
- Connection to services (water, sewer, gas, electrical).
- Provision of an As Built Documentation.
- Minor landscaping
