Hospital charity care policies before vs after onset of Covid

About The Study: The findings of this study suggest that tax-exempt hospitals appear to have updated their charity care policies with mostly positive changes during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, restrictions in charity care and unclear eligibility criteria are common and deserve regulatory attention.
