Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 12-year-old Pakenham girl, Akello Obina.
Akello was last seen leaving her home on Parman Avenue about 4am this morning.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Akello is approximately 180cm tall, with a medium build and black hair.
Police have released an image of Akello in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Akello is asked to contact Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555.
