Police lay charges - Stolen vehicle in Darwin 6 November

Northern Territory Police have charged a 14-year-old youth in relation to the theft of a motor vehicle in Casuarina earlier this morning.

At around 6:30am, police received reports of a stolen vehicle that was driving erratically through Palmerston and the rural area.

Strike Force Trident members later located and arrested the youth. He has been charged with:

  • unlawful entry
  • damage to property
  • stealing
  • drive dangerous during pursuit
  • drive unlicensed
  • aggravated unlawful use

He will face court on 13 November 2020.
