Police seek help to find missing man at Capalaba

Police are seeking community assistance to locate a 32-year-old man missing from Capalaba since this morning.

Adam Jardine (pictured below) was last seen leaving a Kennedy Drive address this morning at around 10am.

Police hold concerns for his welfare as Adam was only released from hospital this morning and suffers from a medical condition.

Adam is described as Caucasian, 175cm tall with a proportionate build, light brown hair and green eyes.

He was last seen wearing black basketball shorts and a white t-shirt with an orange pokemon character on the front. It is believed Adam was not wearing shoes either.

Anyone who has any information about Adam's whereabouts should contact police.
