Arson Squad officers have charged a 31 year old man over two fires at a bar in Hay Street in Subiaco during December 2018.
It will be alleged on two occasions – 1 December 2018 and 6 December 2018 – the man forced entry into the business premises while it was closed and set fire to the interior.
The second fire caused substantial damage, estimated to be around $100,000.
The 31 year old man of Dianella has been charged with 2 x Criminal Damage by Fire and will appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 27 March 2019.
