The novel coronavirus pandemic is still spreading across the world. As reported by WHO, there have been more than 6.4 million confirmed cases and more than 380 thousand deaths globally. With rapidly increasing number of confirmed cases in South American countries like Brazil, it warns us that this pandemic is far from over.
Since the outbreak of the pandemic, The Fourth Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine (ZJU4H) has been actively participating the nationwide concerted effort in preventing and containing the virus as a designated hospital for treating COVID-19 patients.
After fighting for nearly three months, the pandemic was currently under control in China. Therefore, we were ready to lend our strengths to people in need, especially in sharing our knowledge and experience with the healthcare workers who are still confronting this virus for the first time ever.
Over the past few months, ZJU4H brought alive the COVID-19 Consulting Platform at our International Telemedicine Center on March 13th. 11 video conferences have been hosted for the healthcare staff from UAE, India, Egypt, Iran, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jordan, Iraq, Columbia, Chile, and Argentina.
More than 300 questions raised by our international colleagues have been answered during the video conferences based on our experience in preventing and containing the pandemic.
Accordingly, ZJU4H medical experts collected the FAQs in those video conferences and edited them into FAQs about COVID-19 Prevention and Treatment, hoping this handbook could contribute, in whichever ways, to the readers worldwide.
Besides, in order to make the process of prevention and containment more vivid, ZJU4H also made a bilingual (English and Arabic) short video called Briefing on ZJU4H's Experience on COVID-19 Response, enabling viewers to understand more clearly on what and how we did during the pandemic.

There are no boudaries for virus. Information sharing also should be borderless. We believe that the most powerful weapon to overcome this pandemic is cooperation rather than isolation.
