Police charge man after incident in Mosman Park

Detectives from the Regional Investigations Unit charged a man yesterday (19 April 2021) as a result of their investigation into an incident that occurred on Friday, 9 April 2021.

It is alleged about 11.50pm, the man entered a petrol station on Stirling Highway in Mosman Park where he placed items in his bag and when challenged by the console operator to pay for the items, he revealed what appeared to be a knife tucked into his shorts.

The 25-year-old man from Clarkson has been charged with:-

• Armed Robbery; and

• Breach of Bail.

He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today, 20 April 2021.
