Police concerned for missing teen - Merrylands

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's west.

Karubino Benjament, known as Emmanuel or Manyiel, aged 14, was last seen at his home on Cambridge Street, Merrylands, about 11.30pm yesterday (Saturday 26 June 2021).

Officers from Cumberland Police Area Command were notified of his disappearance early this morning (Sunday 27 June 2021) after family members discovered he wasn't at home.

Manyiel is described as being of African appearance, about 160cm tall and of a thin build, and was last seen wearing a light blue hooded jumper, navy blue straight leg track pants and black slides.

Manyiel's family and police hold concerns for his welfare due to his age and his disappearance being out of character.
