Police hold concerns for welfare of Overdue party in Alice Springs

Northern Territory Police hold concerns for three people who failed to return to Alice Springs after a trip to a remote community north east of Alice Springs.

Leslie White 47, Jayden White 10 and Ricky Collins 29 are believed to have left the Arlparra store to make the 248km return journey via the Sandover Highway to Alice Springs yesterday.

Family raised their concerns with police after the trio do not arrive home and attempts to contact them via mobile phone, failed.

It is believed they are traveling in a silver Nissan Patrol with Northern Territory registration 654302. It is unknown what food and water provisions the party had with them at the time.

Police are conducting patrols of the highway and undertaking phone triangulations to try and locate them.

Anyone with information in regards to the Leslie, Jayden and Ricky's whereabouts is urged to contact police on 131 444.
