Police seek help to find missing woman at Alexandra Headland

Police are appealing for assistance to help locate a 34-year-old woman reported missing from Alexandra Headland last week.

Cassie-Lee Holmes (pictured below), was last seen at a Yakola Parade address in Alexandra Headland on November 20.

Police believe she may have visited the Buderim or Maleny area in the past few days, however her current whereabouts is unknown.

Police hold concerns for her welfare as she suffers from a medical condition.

Cassie-Lee is described as Caucasian, about 150cm tall, slim build and has dark hair and brown eyes.

Police are appealing Cassie-Lee or anyone that knows her whereabouts to contact police.
