The Emergency Management (Residential Aged Care Facilities No 4) (COVID-19) Direction 2020 has been revoked and replaced by the Emergency Management (Residential Aged Care Facilities No 5) (COVID-19) Direction 2020.
This new Direction came into effect at 1605 hrs on Thursday 18 June 2020.
The Direction now permits residents to leave the facility and return under far less strict conditions. It further increases visits to a Residential Aged Care Facility and now permits children under the age of 16 to attend.
