Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Traralgon man Raymond Shannon.
The 82-year-old was last seen leaving an address in Murphy Crescent, Traralgon in his silver Ford sedan, with registration UUW-044, about 10.30am on 17 December.
This vehicle was last seen in the Ferntree Gully area about 12.30pm on 17 December.
Raymond is approximately 180cm tall, with a thin build and very thin, grey hair.
Police and family hold concerns for Raymond's welfare due to his age and an ongoing medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Raymond in the hope that someone recognises him.
Anyone who sights Raymond or with information about his current whereabouts is urged to call Traralgon Police Station on 5172 2700.
