Police appeal for assistance after man stabbed - Bass Hill

Officers from Bankstown Police Area Command are investigating after a man was located with a stab wound at Bass Hill overnight.

About 10.20pm (Tuesday 1 December 2020), an injured man sought assistance from a bystander in Miller Street who contacted emergency services.

The 22-year-old man was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics for a stab wound to the stomach before he was taken to Liverpool Hospital.

The man underwent surgery and remains in a stable condition
