Police are appealing for public assistance to find a 10-year-old boy missing from Sydney's south-west.
Yusuf Waqq-Shunu was last seen about 1.30pm yesterday (Tuesday 1 December 2020), in the backyard of his unit block in Hamilton Road at Fairfield.
Officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command were notified and commenced investigations into his whereabouts.
Police have viewed CCTV and at 2pm Yusuf was seen at Fairfield Railway Station.
Despite an extensive search, Yusuf has not been located. Due to his young age, police and family have concerns for his welfare.
He is described as being of African appearance, about 150cm tall, a solid build, with short cropped hair and brown eyes. At the time he was wearing yellow shorts and a black T-shirt.
