Police appeal to locate missing man - Macquaire Hills

Police are appealing for public assistance to find a man missing from the Lake Macquarie area.

Patrick Thaidy, aged 59, was last seen at a home on Delasala Drive, Macquarie Hills, about 3am on Tuesday 3 November 2020.

Officers from Lake Macquarie Police District attended and a search for the missing man commenced.

Family and police hold concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a number of health conditions, including dementia; he may appear disoriented to members of the public.

He is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, approximately 180cm tall, with slim build, thin grey hair and a short grey beard. He walks with a stoop and is frail.

He was last seen wearing black 'Everlast' brand track pants and a black 'Everlast' hooded jumper with black shoes.
