Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jasmine Graham.
The 14-year-old was last seen in the Carrum Downs area on 30 October.
Police have concerns for her welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
Jasmine is described as Caucasian, 165cm tall, with brown wavy long hair and a slim build.
Investigators have released an image of Jasmine in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information regarding her current whereabouts.
Jasmine was last seen wearing grey pants, a black hoodie and white runners.
She is known to frequent the Frankston, Carrum Downs, Patterson Lakes and Ballarat areas.
