Police are seeking public assistance to help locate missing teen Nicolas Stavropoulos.
The 14-year-old was last seen at an address in Reservoir about 7.20am on Thursday 5 November.
It is believed he had some personal belongings with him and was heading in the direction of the Ruthven Train Station.
Police hold concerns for Nicolas due to his young age and the length of time he has been missing.
Nicolas was last seen wearing dark grey track pants, a light grey hoodie, a red t-shirt, black shorts and black runners.
He is known to frequent the Ballarat, Bendigo and Echuca areas.
Investigators have released an image of Nicolas in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Nicolas or has information about his current whereabouts is asked to contact the Darebin Criminal Investigation Unit on 9479 6111.
