Hilton serious crash

Major Crash Investigation Squad officers are seeking information regarding a serious crash that occurred in Hilton on Sunday, 15 November 2020.

About 4.35pm, an 89-year-old woman using the pedestrian crossing on South Street near Carrington Street, was struck by a white Renault Koleos station wagon that was travelling west along South Street.

The driver of the Renault, a 57-year-old man, immediately stopped and assisted the woman.

The 89-year-old woman received serious injuries and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.

Major Crash investigators wish to speak to anyone who saw the crash, or the Renault Koleos travelling in the area prior to the crash. Anyone with information regarding this crash are asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
