Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Mustafa Karahan.
The 37-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court to face property, firearms and traffic related matters.
Karahan is described as 180cm tall, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes.
He is known to frequent Craigieburn and the surrounding areas.
Investigators have released an image of Karahan in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
