Major Crash investigators are investigating a fatal crash that occurred on Friday 04/12/2020 about 7.19pm at the intersection of North Lake Road and Winterfold Road in Coolbellup.
A silver and red Moto Guzzi motorcycle and a white Hyundai I45 collided at the intersection where the 53-year-old male rider died as the result of his injuries.
The 29-year old male driver of the Hyundai was uninjured.
Major Crash investigators charged a 29-year-old Thornlie man with Dangerous Driving Occasioning Death. He was refused bail and is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 5/12/2020.
Investigators would like to speak with anyone who saw the motorcycle or Hyundai prior to the crash, anyone who witnessed the crash or has dash camera footage of the vehicles in the area around the time of the crash.
