Redcliffe Incident

Cannington Detectives have charged an 18-year-old male teenager following their investigation into an incident in Redcliffe last night, Saturday, 7 November 2020.

It will be alleged around 9.50pm the teenager and the victim, a man in his 20s, were in Klem Avenue and became involved in a physical altercation.

The altercation resulted in the victim has being stabbed multiple times and the teenager suffering superficial lacerations as a result.

The victim was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment for serious injuries.

The 18-year-old male teenager from Maylands was charged with-

• Aggravated Grievous Bodily Harm

• Possess a Prohibited Drug (Cannabis)

He will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court Monday 10 November.

Detectives would like anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who came to the aid of the victim to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
