Police appeal to locate teenage boy missing from Sydney's north-west

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage boy missing from Sydney's north-west.

Max Lobsy, aged 14, was last seen on Johnson Avenue, Seven Hills on Monday 7 March 2022, when he was dopped at school.

Since this time, he has been in regular contact with his family by phone indicating he was staying with friends with the last text received on Saturday (12 March 2022).

When he could not be contacted, officers from Riverstone Police Area Command were notified yesterday (Sunday 13 March 2021) and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

It has since been established; he was spoken to by police at Strathfield Railway Station on Thursday 10 March 2022.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare due to his age.

Max is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of slim build, with sandy brown hair cut in a mullet, blue eyes, and braces.

He was last seen wearing a blue jumper and black trackpants.
