Vanishing cream in Burwood

Forest Hill police are hoping to identify a woman following the theft of makeup from a Burwood pharmacy last month

Investigators have been told a woman attended a pharmacy at a Middleborough Road shopping complex about 8.05pm on 20 May.

The woman placed a number of Napoleon Perdis make up products in her bag before leaving the store without making any attempt to pay.

Police have released an image of a woman who they believe can assist with their investigation.

She is perceived to be Islander in appearance, aged 25 to 35-years-old with a solid build and was wearing an orange t-shirt, pink cardigan, black leggings and black ballet shoes.

Anyone who recognises the woman or has any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report online at www.crimestoppervic.com.au.
