Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal collision in Endeavour Hills this morning.
Major Collision Investigation Unit are en route to the Monash Freeway, after a car and two trucks collided about 8.30am.
Sadly, the driver of the car died at the scene.
The outbound lanes between Heatherton Road and the South Gippsland Freeway are closed while police investigate the crash.
The exact circumstances surrounding the crash are yet to be established.
