From Saturday 5 December, the City of Perth will maintain mandatory registers of people accessing the City's community facilities to help the Department of Health with COVID-19 contact tracing.
This includes Citiplace Community Centre, Citiplace Rest Centre, Perth Town Hall and the City of Perth Library.
It is required that anyone accessing the facilities will need to register on entry via the SafeWA QR code system. If you choose not to use the QR code system or are aged under 16, we will provide paper contact registers to fill out.
